One Water Street is a luxury twin tower complex (36 and 29 storeys) by Kasian Architecture that's breaking records in The City of Kelowna. When it was completed in 2021, One Water Street's first tower of 29 storeys became the tallest building in Kelowna. As of 2024, The East Tower at One Water Street is the tallest building in Kelowna at 36 stories.
