Richard brings international perspectives to the Vantage West team, having previously worked in marketing and real estate in London, England; Sydney, Australia and San Francisco. In his 20 years as a Kelowna resident he’s provided consulting and marketing services to property developers, technology companies, nonprofits and all levels of government. Richard also served the United Nations Foundation as a UN70 Digital Leader for six years.
As a licensed REALTOR® Richard now focuses on providing pragmatic advice and exceptional professional service to clients whether they be first-time buyers, down-sizers, investors or developers. His 7+ years of experience leading a large strata corporation often brings a unique and valuable perspective to strata transactions. Richard loves working with developers to assess opportunities. He also has a particular passion for working with families and others relocating to Kelowna or the wider Okanagan Valley.
Outside of work, most of Richard’s time is spent raising his two young daughters; taking them camping & paddling or playing board games with them. Richard also loves to cook (he claims his seared sous-vide prime rib is up to Gordon Ramsay standards) as well as brew his own kombucha, beer & Okanagan fruit cider. You’ll also find Richard on-stage at comedy clubs delivering his sharp & sometimes dark observations on the crazy but beautiful world we all live in.
