Gayle Thiessen
Unlicensed Client Care Ambassador
Gayle is our treasured Client Care Ambassador, who makes sure each of our clients is receiving outstanding service. She has worked in the real estate industry for the past ten years and is our longest serving administrator. Gayle has an excellent relationship with each of the Vantage West partners and never forgets a birthday. Her sunny disposition and helpful nature come naturally to her, and everyone around the office knows that she’s there to step in and save the day at a moment’s notice.
Gayle coordinates dozens of items from behind the scenes, and when problems arise, she is often the one who fields the calls. She delegates these issues to the staff member best able to manage it and is diligent about following up with the client. Easy to talk to and naturally empathetic, Gayle is always there to listen to customers concerns.
In 2002, Gayle moved with her family from Vancouver to Kelowna. She loves to call the Okanagan home and spends her free time on the lake, skiing Big White, and cycling. What Gayle loves most about our region is the people she’s met since moving here. When she isn’t assisting our customers or participating in one of her favourite outdoor activities, you can find Gayle dining with friends and family on the boardwalk at the Eldorado or wine tasting at one of her favourite wineries – Mission Hill!
